One of the tools most widely used by professional ceramic tile fixers is the rubber mallet.

Within the family of tools and implements for tiling and flooring, professional ceramic tile fixers can find the RUBI flat/spherical-sided rubber mallets.

The main function of the rubber mallet is to facilitate the proper laying and positioning of ceramic tiles during installation.

RUBI flat/spherical-sided rubber mallets give professionals the possibility of working with the traditional flat side, or reducing the contact surface by using the spherical side.

The spherical side of the RUBI flat/spherical-sided rubber mallet allows you to strike ceramic items at any angle and to have a great control over impact. The spherical side also reduces the possibility of moving, involuntarily, the ceramic tile already fitted.

RUBI flat-sided rubber mallets are available in three different weights: 250 gr., 500 gr. and 750 gr., as well as the traditional black rubber or the advantageous white rubber.

The main advantage of using the flat-sided rubber mallet with the white rubber head is that there is no risk of leaving traces of rubber on the surfaces of ceramic tiles.

We aim to get all orders placed before 2pm shipped on a next day service. This ultimately depends on the physical size and weight of your order. Some of the larger sized items need to be shipped on an economy service which takes longer, we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date proir to despatch.

Whilst we try our best to make sure your orders arrive on the next working day, please appreciate we cannot guarantee it. There are occasions when our couriers are unable to deliver within the timescale due to workloads.

We deliver to UK customers only, for some areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and non mainland areas delivery charges are more expensive, again this is down to the courier.

Some orders over 30kg are classed as a Pallet Service which will give you a curb side delivery, please make sure you have the means to accept these heavy deliveries.

Please check your order before signing for it, if it is damaged you must note it on the delivery acceptance note, also if possible take a photograph of the damage. Inform us as soon as possible either by calling 01244 259 133 or email info@tilesandtrims.co.uk.

All delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process. You can arrange for your own delivery, choose 'Collect from Trade Counter' during checkout and just let us know that a third party will be collecting on your behalf, we cannot be held responsible for the items once they have left our premises.
