TileMaster Cleaner No.1 is a pH neutral, Eco friendly, all-purpose professional biodegradable product which is safe to use as an everyday cleaner and maintainer.

Mix Cleaner Number 1 – 4 parts water to 1 parts Cleaning solution (400ml water – 100ml cleaner). Apply cleaner to surface and leave to act for 5 minutes, keeping it wet to ensure the product does not dry up on the floor. Then scrub the floor using the TileMaster Machine with the tile and grout brush attached for best results. Alternatively scrub the floor with a stiff scrubbing brush or appropriate pad. Once desired result is achieved, remove all dirty water with a clean mop, sponge or cloth. Rinse well with fresh clean water to ensure floor is clean.

We aim to get all orders placed before 2pm shipped on a next day service. This ultimately depends on the physical size and weight of your order. Some of the larger sized items need to be shipped on an economy service which takes longer, we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date proir to despatch.

Whilst we try our best to make sure your orders arrive on the next working day, please appreciate we cannot guarantee it. There are occasions when our couriers are unable to deliver within the timescale due to workloads.

We deliver to UK customers only, for some areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and non mainland areas delivery charges are more expensive, again this is down to the courier.

Some orders over 30kg are classed as a Pallet Service which will give you a curb side delivery, please make sure you have the means to accept these heavy deliveries.

Please check your order before signing for it, if it is damaged you must note it on the delivery acceptance note, also if possible take a photograph of the damage. Inform us as soon as possible either by calling 01244 259 133 or email info@tilesandtrims.co.uk.

All delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process. You can arrange for your own delivery, choose 'Collect from Trade Counter' during checkout and just let us know that a third party will be collecting on your behalf, we cannot be held responsible for the items once they have left our premises.
